Paralytic Stalks is one of, if not my favorite of montreal albums. I started listening to of montreal farely recently, first exploring the band a bit in late autumn / early winter with "the past is a grotesque animal", and other songs off their album hissing fauna, are you the destroyer. it was around march or april of 2024 when i first sat down to listen to paralytic stalks fully.
